I didn't get the early morning in run like I wanted today, but made it out by 11ish for a few miles. So much better feeling than Thursday after work.
8/29: 3.32 miles, 8:58 avg pace
The weather was cooler, super windy and stormy. It was a nice change. I managed to get in some strength training during the Seahawks game, trying to add core and butt moves when we were on offense trying to do my part and it obviously worked so now I have to do it every game.
Plan for tomorrow: run more than 3.3 miles. Fingers crossed.
